If you want to make the best of your holidays and get to know Montenegro better, travel by car. Croatian highway is pretty close to the Montenegrin coastline. Montenegro is tiny and so much of the country is accessible only by car. This is also a perfect opportunity to extend your holidays and visit the whole Balkan Peninsula.
The Balkans is small enough to drive around in a couple of days in a car. And if you don’t have a car, car rental in Montenegro is pretty affordable.
